"They responded quickly to do the work and did a fair job of yard cleanup, however, asked for more money after completing the job due to their misunderstanding of the property lines. Although they did not insist on the extra, and I finally agreed to only slightly more than the original price, I felt they should have called me rather than discuss with my neighbor.
