"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING. He was very nice to work with and returned my call right away when I reached out to him and he showed up within 24 hrs. of my initial call. "Troy, Justin, and Sam were selected by our team to install 20+ cameras, network cabling, access points, and network equipment at our business in El Mirage, AZ, they handled the project from start to completion, showing up on time with all the materials needed. The installed the new structured cabling in our industrial building for all of our network equipment, cameras, access points, and door access control. From the main panel to each point of distribution the cables were routed properly and with care. Troy and the crew assisted with getting the cameras aimed and sighted properly to cover the building with a 100% coverage rate. The installation was clean and perfect. They completed the job on time and under budget and also checked back in to follow up on how the system was working. Troy and the Crew at HardWiring were integral on getting our new building location up and running in an extremely timely manner. They handled the install of all the equipment in the network racks and terminated all the cables to the rack as well. "guy took my tv all the way to eloy in a tiny car to repair it. i handed him a box with a full set of replacement PCB"s that he wanted to use for testing. he ended up junking the tv and keeping the box of PCB's i gave him for testing. he swore he would return them when he was done. but now he wont even answer his phone or return any messages. for all i know he's using my tv right now. expected more out of him, but i guess all he really is, is a thief and a con. he may have been reliable at some time a few years ago. but not anymore. dude owes me $450 now.
