It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends."

Most roof leaks occur where shingles meet or where there are sealants or seams in the materials. This is common around skylights and at any point there is a break in the roof such as corners and edges. You should definitely be wary of roofing contractors who offer significantly lower prices than their competitors. Most roofers in the area are all dealing with the same cost of materials, and labor costs are often comparable, too. If they’re significantly cheaper than other companies around, it could be a scam. Read reviews and ask other roofing companies and contractors if they’ve heard of the suspected scamming company.

The most common slope, or roof pitch, for a shed is 4:12 or four inches of height for every horizontal foot. For areas that experience heavy snow loads, a steeper roof of 6:12 or 9:12 is best.
