Since then I have worked with some of Arizona's largest painting companies such as Pete King and Ghaster Painting completing many jobs in both commercial and residential. I completed top of my class 3 years interior decorating and design through the Phoenix Painters Union Local 86 and I have worked on projects such as the Wildlife World Zoo building and painting exhibits for over 10 years, Phoenix City Hall, Pointe resorts as well as many residential projects new and repaint. I have a vast knowledge in the construction industry and don't "just throw the paint on". I know what causes the underlying problems and how to CORRECTLY fix it. We do work with numerous different Real Estate companies as well as Property Management teams, so we work with sales and rentals. Billing is done when the job is completed, we only accept cash or check currently. But we are in the process of being able to take credit cards. When a client receives their first cleaning they will get a discount up to 15%, also if a client refers us to a friend they will also receive a discount up to 20% on their next cleaning. In some instances, we will ask if half of the payment amount be paid up front, and the second half is due upon completion of our services.

They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. He has taught his crew how to do the work and requires the same dedication and professionalism from them that he models. He will show you pictures of completed jobs and help you choose the best colors for your house. You will not be disappointed."
