"I highly recommend Jeff Bell for a complete home renovation. Jeff and his team did an outstanding job transforming the entire home from top to bottom. The renovation included plumbing, electrical, a complete roof replacement, flooring, recessed lighting, new windows, and numerous other upgrades throughout the house. Jeff also helped me get a great deal on a complete set of brand-new appliances, which added even more value to the project. One of the things I appreciated most was Jeff’s communication. He stayed in direct contact with me throughout the entire renovation and provided weekly updates on the progress of the project. That level of communication gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly and kept me informed every step of the way. Jeff takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail, and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. The transformation of the home was incredible, and I am extremely pleased with the final result."

I was told to contact the company, but I was not satisfied with the response and the new appointment. After complaining to Choice Home Warranty, they paired me with another company (HT Handy Works LLC). My plumbing issue was not covered under the warranty, but the company was able to resolve my problem, although it was costly."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
