"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."
"It didn't go well. First, they were late in arriving. (I was told they would be here at 3 p.m., not that there was a window between 3:00 and 4:30 during which they might arrive.) I assumed (wrongly) that there would be three people working two hours for a total of six hours per the coupon. There were only two and they had written instructions that said they were to work for two hours. They arrived at 4:00 p.m. and by 6:00 p.m. they hadn't even started the downstairs. I showed them the coupon and explained that two times three equals six and therefore I had another hour coming to me. The bathroom floor was not cleaned and I noticed this while they were still here, so I had one of them go back up and clean it. The bathroom countertop was not cleaned; there was hard water residue on the joint between the top and the backsplash which could be easily seen and felt when running my finger across it. (I removed it with a wet sponge.) They might have wiped the tub/shower with a rag, but they did not clean it. They left streaks and shoeprints on the wood floor in the bedroom where they sprayed some cleaner and then stepped in it. They seemed very proud of their work in the kitchen, but on further inspection they did not clean all of the countertop. They certainly moved a lot of things around, but didn't bother to actually wipe any surfaces before putting things back. They did clean the vinyl floor and vacuum the carpets. And they did dust. I'm thankful for small favors. By 7:30 p.m. they still were not done downstairs and I was late for an appointment. I told them to finish cleaning the bathroom, not to bother with the downstairs bedroom at all, and sweep, not wash, the marble and granite floors, and vacuum the downstairs carpet. Against my explict instructions, they washed the marble floor in the bathroom and the granite floor in the hallway with whatever filthy water was in their bucket. Later when I looked at the floor I wanted to cry. It was streaky and dull. I knew I would have to get down on my hands and knees to clean them properly and get the filthy residue up. I also asked them to clean the inside surface of the sliding glass door. This they appear to have done, but not before breaking one of the vertical blinds so it doesn't attach properly at the top anymore and yanking one of them out and leaving it set aside. Everything they did, they did only part way. Some of what they did was simply counterproductive. I just spent two hours this morning cleaning what they did not and what was dirtier after they left than before they got here. I don't know who is giving this company A ratings, but I suspect they are not people who actually used this service. "
"We called their 800 number, they made an appointment for the following week. Two people arrived on time. One worked inside the other outside. They moved whatever furniture necessary and replaced it and they were done in less than an hour. We have approx. 20 windows and a patio door."
"I want to say thank you to Charles and his crew for doing a outstanding job on the moving. Charles asked me if I had my windows cleaned in the new house and I said no and he said that we could clean the windows if I wanted them done. So I had c2 windows cleaning do the windows as well. The windows looked great. Thank you c2 and Charles"
"They were quick! In and out with no problems, no haggling. I had some concrete, paver residue removed from my back yard. During the clean up, I kept adding things to remove, and they didn't give me any grief about it! Highly reccommended."

Yes, you can create a solution of dish soap and hot water to create a cleaning solution. You’ll want to mix about one to two drops of dish soap for every 8 ounces of hot water. If you use too much soap, it’ll create too many suds and make it harder to effectively wash away.
Yes, many professionals use biodegradable detergents and water-efficient cleaning techniques to minimize environmental impact.
The most likely cause of smearing or streaking after cleaning your windows is residue left on the glass from the cleaner you’re using. Consider diluting the solution and cleaning them again, or use old newspaper to dry the windows after cleaning, as this will soak up any residual material. Additionally, aim to clean your windows on a cool, cloudy day, as cleaners will dry more quickly on the glass if it’s hot and sunny, promoting streaking.
