"They did a poor job of installing a new HVAC system and re-used worn out parts. When the system did an inadequate job of cooling in the summer heat we let them know (it was installed in winter so we didn't know until summer came several months later). One of the owners immediately replied with quite a harsh response. It was shocking. Perhaps he was having a bad day but shouldn't have taken it out on the customer. When pressed, he said he was one of the owners (has same last name as the person who sold us the system) and that it was our fault somehow. They gave a great quote but now we wish we had gone with a more reliable and reputable company. I would certainly not recommend Liberty as their service after the sale is atrocious. There are so many quality reputable AC companies in Arizona, like Donley and so many others. I would suggest avoiding this company as you might end up quite unhappy like we are."
