  At first, they wanted to postpone the installation due to an employee problem. But the two brothers came and installed all 12 of the shutters in about 4 hours without a hitch. Teamwork!!

  They sent a rep out that seemed very knowledgeable. Everything was done in a very professional way. I am very happy and they look beautiful. You do have to be patient since they are custom drapes though and they are a bit pricey.

We ended up ordering new treatments for our home and they were installed on 7/31/09. We were impressed at how professional they were, it seemed that they went out of there way to make us happy.   We purchased a house with 2 broken slats on a bedroom window blind....we missed this problem during the buying process and the home inspector missed it too. I contacted Troy from Fresh N Clean Blinds on Thursday, he picked the window blind up on Friday, and returned the blind in just under 2 hours. THE BLIND IS REPAIRED! AMAZING! (Please note that a broken slat can only be replaced if the blind has too many slats to begin with.....in other words, the blind is slightly too long for the window it covers. That way, Troy can restring the blind by replacing the broken slats with extras from the bottom of the blind.) This man is my new hero. He is courteous, professional, and efficient. I had called every blind vendor in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area looking for blind repair services and could find no one willing to repair the blind, until I found Troy.   We were referred to the Blind Brothers by Five Brothers Flooring in Prescott Valley. We made an appointment for an estimate (we wanted wood shutters for the entire house to match one set already in place in the living room) they arrived on time, answered our questions, understood what we wanted, and took measurements. They quoted us a price, we approved, and they gave us an approximate install date. We paid the required deposit and they said they'd keep in touch. We had a few follow-up questions which were answered quickly and, based on their answers, we made a small adjustment to our order. They immediately credited the adjusted amount to our invoice. The shutters were completed a little earlier than expected and install date was set up. The installer arrived on time and completed the install in just a few hours. We are more than pleased with the quality of the shutters, not only to do they look great but they really give the rooms a custom touch. However, our highest praise is reserved for the Blind Brothers. They are consummate professionals, take pride in their work (they carry an album of pictures showing examples of some of their previous installs), and we found their prices very reasonable.
