"Last year, we were had issues with our furnace that several service companies could not figure out. Trusted was the 3rd company to look at it and get it to work. We knew that our furnace was on its last legs, and called Trusted this again this fall.
Jason was our sales rep and he did a great job in explaining our different options in a way that was easy for us to understand. We have a child with lung issues and liked the air purification options. We also liked that Jason was the only sales rep who did not bad mouth the other companies even though he knew we were getting other quotes. We got quotes from 3 different companies and really liked two of the companies. We went with Trusted for several reasons. Their price was reasonable. We really liked Jason and felt like he was honest. He took the time to listen to our needs, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, and came across as a nice guy who also really knew his product. Also, we had a concern the previous year regarding our old furnace and Trusted's owner went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and that really made an impression.
Before work could begin, we discovered that the closet for the furnace had popcorn on all of its walls. Since our home is older, we decided to have abatement done in case it was asbestos. Trusted was willing to work with us in removing the furnace, waiting a week for the abatement to be done, and then coming back to install the new furnace and air conditioning unit. They did not charge us for the extra travel time or inconvenience.
The job went well. The guys were courteous, on time, and left the place clean. My husband works from home and needs it quiet since he is on the phone and the guys respected that. Once, they got to the house before I was back from taking our child to school. Trusted saw that my van was not there and waited until I got home before approaching the house since our dog would bark and make things loud for my husband. We have an older home and have had a lot of workers in our home, but we have never had a company be so understanding of our needs. Also, I was home while the work was going on and could overhear the worker's conversations. What I overheard confirmed that they really are nice guys.
The furnace we bought came with several rebates. Jason went above and beyond in helping us with the rebate process. At one point, he even called Lennox to make sure we were getting all of the rebates we could. Jason did this on his own without us asking him to which we really appreciated.
I have high expectations for workers in my home. I am very pleased with the work that was performed in our home and the outstanding customer service. I don't have any complaints or concerns. I am happy to highly recommend Trusted.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

Homemade Design (HMD) is America's leading online interior design service that provides a dedicated interior designer to work closely with you, to design and decorate your home for one extremely affordable fixed fee per room based on services required. \nWorking with your HMD interior designer is like having an interior designer best friend who evaluates your existing space, studies images of rooms you love, understands your budget constraints and explores the functional considerations that fit your lifestyle. HMD is the only flat-fee virtual consulting service that allows collaboration at multiple points in the process with our client. We help our clients navigate the design process by breaking it down into a linear process. First we analyze their likes and dislikes in terms of style and color, navigate budget vs. quality challenges and analyze the function of the room. Next we help you choose the major pieces in the room that will determine style and the overall color palette, and then we specify products and sources that fit within those parameters.\nThe design process is not universal to every design firm (or TV show.) Please call or email – we’d love to chat about your project and how we anticipate working with you to create your dream home!

On average, a plumber will take 30 minutes to two hours to clear a clogged drain. If the clog is located close to the drain or an access point and isn’t severe, the project will take about half an hour. If the clog is deep within your plumbing system or is a severe blockage, it can take two or more hours to remove the clog. For this reason, main line clogs tend to take longer, usually between two and three hours.
It’s possible to snake minor drain clogs yourself, provided they sit within a foot or two of the drain itself, but it’s usually best to hire a professional plumber regardless. Even experienced DIYers have a high chance of accidentally pushing the clog further into the drain using a drain snake or another tool, so hiring a plumber is the ideal course of action. A professional plumber can use camera equipment to locate and identify the clog, and remove the entire blockage to fix your issue permanently.
In most areas, drain cleaning professionals don’t technically need a license, as they aren’t altering your plumbing system in any way. However, we recommend hiring a drain cleaning professional with a plumbing license and certification. Certified plumbers are more likely to provide professional solutions to drain clogs without damaging your system. They’ll also have the diagnostic tools and experience necessary to remove the clog entirely rather than providing a temporary solution, as a handyperson might. Use Angi’s state licensing tool to check your plumber’s professional licenses before hiring.
Applying drain cleaner is a common DIY solution to clogged drains, but it can be extremely harmful to your pipes and lead to corrosion and leaks. It is almost always better to try snaking a clog than using a drain cleaner, but the best solution is to hire a professional plumber. They can locate the clog and gauge the severity using a camera system and then decide if using a plumber’s snake, auger, or drain cleaner is the best option to remove the clog and limit damage to your plumbing system.
The average cost to unclog a drain is around $200, with prices ranging between $110 and $800, depending on the type of drain and the extent of the clog. Hiring a professional to snake the toilet or sink will usually cost between $110 and $275, a bathtub or shower typically costs around $225, and a main line clog can cost between $100 and $800 based on the severity of the clog and how far beyond the access point the clog sits. Since the labor involved varies, most plumbers will charge an hourly rate for drain cleaning.
