"Last year, we were had issues with our furnace that several service companies could not figure out. Trusted was the 3rd company to look at it and get it to work. We knew that our furnace was on its last legs, and called Trusted this again this fall.
Jason was our sales rep and he did a great job in explaining our different options in a way that was easy for us to understand. We have a child with lung issues and liked the air purification options. We also liked that Jason was the only sales rep who did not bad mouth the other companies even though he knew we were getting other quotes. We got quotes from 3 different companies and really liked two of the companies. We went with Trusted for several reasons. Their price was reasonable. We really liked Jason and felt like he was honest. He took the time to listen to our needs, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, and came across as a nice guy who also really knew his product. Also, we had a concern the previous year regarding our old furnace and Trusted's owner went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and that really made an impression.
Before work could begin, we discovered that the closet for the furnace had popcorn on all of its walls. Since our home is older, we decided to have abatement done in case it was asbestos. Trusted was willing to work with us in removing the furnace, waiting a week for the abatement to be done, and then coming back to install the new furnace and air conditioning unit. They did not charge us for the extra travel time or inconvenience.
The job went well. The guys were courteous, on time, and left the place clean. My husband works from home and needs it quiet since he is on the phone and the guys respected that. Once, they got to the house before I was back from taking our child to school. Trusted saw that my van was not there and waited until I got home before approaching the house since our dog would bark and make things loud for my husband. We have an older home and have had a lot of workers in our home, but we have never had a company be so understanding of our needs. Also, I was home while the work was going on and could overhear the worker's conversations. What I overheard confirmed that they really are nice guys.
The furnace we bought came with several rebates. Jason went above and beyond in helping us with the rebate process. At one point, he even called Lennox to make sure we were getting all of the rebates we could. Jason did this on his own without us asking him to which we really appreciated.
I have high expectations for workers in my home. I am very pleased with the work that was performed in our home and the outstanding customer service. I don't have any complaints or concerns. I am happy to highly recommend Trusted.

"Alltech Solutions were quick and efficient in securing a contract and scheduling the installation of my new system. Their installers do excellent work and they made some unexpected changes on the fly to make the system work. My system was supposed to include a new Foundation Kit that the installers determined would not work on my roof. So they utilized redwood footers instead. Alltech agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the Foundation Kit and labor. Also, they told me that they would provide me with rebate application documents. A new digital programmable thermostat was included in my project, but Alltech provided a Honeywell thermostat that is a 2014 model. Initially, I was not totally satisfied with the project, because the refund and rebate application did not happen right away. I also wanted a current model thermostat. After following up with Alltech Solutions, all of these issues were resolved. At the end of the day, I now have a great new HVAC system that works very well."

The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

Foundation repairs cost about $5,000, on average. Typically, prices range from $2,200 to $7,800, depending on the type and extent of repairs needed. Cost factors include foundation type, home size, soil stability, accessibility, and the ultimate cause of the problem and what methods and materials are required to fix it.

If you live in an area with heavy rainfall, you might be paying more for waterproofing than if you lived somewhere drier since waterproofing contractors would be in high demand.
