Hernandez Gutters Of MemphisFrom estimate (which was very competitive) to installation, the entire process was very smooth and professional. I was a bit concerned because I have angled fascia boards. To address that, Mr. Hernandez said he would have to use wedges to hang my gutters. He assured me that they would work and that I would not have any problems. So far so good. I did have an issue with water dripping behind my new gutters. I let Betty know and she had her father come out soon thereafter to solve the problem (he put drip edges behind all my gutters). ContractingPROWhen searching for a company to roof our house, we looked into the more “well known” roofers in the area. Had some really bizarre experiences just getting a quote. Some never even followed back up. Some wouldn’t give us a quote in writing. I spent a lot of time walking in East Memphis during 2020. I was impressed by a painter in the neighborhood. When it was our turn to have the house painted and repaired, I called Aaron Painting. I was not disappointed. The final price came in right on the estimate. The guys who did the painting showed up a few minutes early each day. They got right to work. Each day they did a visual inspection; made a plan; and worked all day. After the first day, I realized I had made a mistake in the color. I decided that I wanted the cedar shingles and the brick to be different colors. Don (the owner) said no problem and got the color I wanted. Don double checked some details with me and kept me apprised of the progress. A week after mostly completing the job they were back to finish up the details, some of which I would have never noticed. (Weather was a factor in not being able to come to the house.) Several of our neighbors have stopped by, asked our painters name and complemented the bold change we made to the house. If it had not been done so well it would not look as great.

We felt like important, valued customers. Time was spent educating us on materials and options, all of our questions ans concerns were answered, and time was spent to ensure we felt comfortable and safe choosing them for our new roof. We were not using an insurance claim, and chose Masters Roofing because we believed in their quality of work and their care for their customers. Andrew is the rep we worked with and he really took his time to make sure we were educated in all the Roofing options available. He did not oversell, wasn't pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit for our home and needs. Everything from meeting at the show room, the education provided, the time to address concerns, time answering questions, the visits to our property to meet the first time, the follow ups during and afterwards all made it such a smooth process and purchase. We felt we had focus and attention every step of the way, and not just getting a contract signed, but had them throughout the entirety of the process. We were so impressed watching the Roofing team working together as they did. Very hardworking crew, paying attention to detail, and cleaned up very well. Took time to make sure none of the property would be damaged in any way. It was super impressive! And Andrew came out every day the crew was there to check on progress, check on us, and even had a drone fly around taking pics from all angles to ensure proper work & have progress pics that he even showed us! Curtis came & met with my insurance agent within hours of me calling his company the same day. Very professional and made me feel I could trust him. From the beginning of the process to the end I knew I was in great hands. Curtis’ team was on time and professional, they covered my bushes and even moved my patio furniture. Henry is a problem solver and was able to figure out how best to secure a spiral staircase that was not properly installed by the builder. He also replaced wood decking with Trex using clips for a very large deck with stairs. The stair risers had to be replaced and the railings had to be removed and then put back. This was a very large job and he handled it in the hottest time of the year.
