"So, Eric is pushy and will not take no for an answer to a condescending degree. He asked me over the phone if I was interested in an extra service. I told him no. He asked my spouse...time after time. When my spouse said, "We're just trying-", Eric cut him off and added, "-to do the bare minimum?"
