"The whole team at Foundation Recovery systems were great to work with from start to finish. We had a fairly large foundation repair and waterproofing job and FRS made the whole process a whole lot easier to accomplish. You won't find a better computer technician/computer builder than Jim Ferrell. I have been using his services for years and he has come to my rescue many times. When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

"Via e-mail, I sent photos, gave dimensions, discussed function of the room, etc. The designers were all very prompt and personable, and gave personal attention, asking a lot of questions to get a "feel" for my style.The B on punctuality was due to the wait for the finished set of recommendations as the company, not limiting the number of deals purchased, were overwhelmed with requests - but a reasonable "warning" was given that the buyers might need to be patient for that reason. When the "package" was delivered via e-mail, it was an extensive  list of furniture and accessories that the designer felt matched my style and needs, with a few options given for each categorty - e.g., lighting, vases, art, furniture, window treatments, etc. Photos and vendors were also provided. I was impressed with the effort that went into creating this personalized, electronic file, however,I was basically hoping for assistance in a floor plan - and that was not included. It could have been in one of the higher priced, more detailed service packages. When I expressed my disappointment, my $20 was refunded immediately, and the $50 voucher to shop was mine to keep.  It is this fairness, personaiized service,  and prompt, professional communication that leads me to give them an A for the overall experience, even as I am still stymied about the floor plan!"
