"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. Marvelous job!  Our 11-year-old house was long past due for new paint.  Lots of patching was required in all rooms; Chris and Arturo found and repaired areas we hadn't even noticed.  This was an arduous task - the ceilings in the living room and foyer are two stories high.  The painters arrived promptly every day, behaved professionally, and completed the work in about 4 days. Our house looks far better than it did when new.  I only have three wishes:

1)  Wish we hadn't waited so long

2)  Wish we had painted after fireplace and foyer tile work and new carpet.  The painters didn't spill a drop but the tile guy and carpet installers banged up our newly-painted baseboards.  We'll gladly hire Chris to touch up the damage.

3)  Wish other types of home improvement services were included in his repertoire.  He'd have a full-time job at our house!
