"Our experience with Paintmaster Plus was a very positive one. Victor came to give us an estimate when he said he would, emailed the estimate when he said he would (although it ended up in my spam folder, leading me to think he hadn't sent it - look out for this happening with estimates), and gave us what we judged to be a fair price, given that we also got estimates from a couple of other firms.
We had all the ceilings painted in the house, most of the baseboards painted, the outside of the house and the driveway and patios pressure washed, and some exterior painting done also.  A couple of ceilings needed work to get them into condition for painting (texture reapplied), and this was done very professionally and finished up looking very good; this was especially true in our remodeled master bathroom, where the ceiling needed a lot of work, and in the end came out looking great.
Victor and his crew started the job on the day he said they would, and worked consistently until it was completed. He did his best to ensure that the work was done to a high standard, and that we were fully satisfied with it.  I can only think of one instance where some work needed more attention, and it was done promptly and to our satisfaction.
We would certainly use Paintmaster Plus again, and can happily recommend him to those needing similar work done to that he did for us. Victor gave us the strong impression of being a conscientious tradesman/owner who really wants to do a good job for his clients, which unfortunately has not always been our experience when hiring contractors. If more contractors were like Victor, a homeowner's life would be much easier!

"When I arrived home from work, the existing driveway had been removed. A new section had been poured. The next section did not have the proper prep work performed. I had them prepare the ground properly on this section. I was told that the section that was already poured had been prepared properly. The third cement truck load was late in arriving by several hours. As a result, that section did not match (color) the shade of the previous two sections. The finish we had agreed upon was a washed limestone with a red sand finish. The third load was a lot lighter than the previous two loads. Mr. Evans said that the shades of the two pours would match in a couple of years. A representative from Sardis Ready Mix (the concrete company) was called out and offered to replace that load of concrete at no cost. However, Mr. Evans was reluctant to tear out what he had just poured and replace it. In the end he did so. Some of the lines seperating the sections are not straight and the finish has a few low spots & rough spots. Also, dirt from the prep work was piled in the yard, killing the grass and clogging a rain water run off drain. The concrete from the section he replaced was piled in the yard destroying plants and grass. We now have hired a lanscaper to come repair our yard."
