Knowing when to restore, repair or install a new roof system and what type of roofing material is an important decision. "In 2024, I spent about $20,000 with PI Roofing on a new roof and fascia repair. Within six months an area where they replaced the fascia detached from my house. This spring my roof has a leak. During the quote phase, they told me they'd haul off an old TV antenna. (It is still here). After the job was finished there were roofing materials left in my driveway. (I had to call to get those picked up). When I signed this contract, my Dad made fun of me for spending so much. I thought it would be worth it because of the warranty. I was even excited about the promised roof checkup they provide free in the first year, but it turns out you will not get the free checkup unless you demand it. And the warranty doesn't cover all that much. I have dealt with some very nice people at this company and have avoided writing a negative review for quite some time, but the bottom line is I cannot recommend this company. I have to believe there are better roofing businesses in the area."
