"No high pressure sales. I was able to take my time picking the floor I wanted. Unlike one of the other in home flooring companies. When I changed my mind on what I wanted it was no problem getting new samples. The installers were professional and did a great job. "From start to finish, Jim and his crew (Allen and Ronnie) were fantastic to work with.  Very punctual, finished ahead of schedule and had a keen eye for detail and quality.  They were always open to suggestions by us, always willing to make a recommendation on material type or how to detail a condition and extremely fair on settling up on a material cost plus contract.  He provided a proof of insurance.  Jobsite was sparkling clean when they completed the work.
