Outstanding quality of work with exceptional attention to detail, very efficient and conducting of spaces of the work. Victoria was very professional and informative concerning customer service. My Upstairs bathroom needed a complete new floor. Manuel removed the old flooring and sub- floor and reinstalled the new sub- flooring. The floor was leveled to perfection and new viny plank flooring was done installed. They finished floor looks outstanding. Manuel is a very skilled professional and strives to obtained perfection in his work. Victoria and Manuel are exceptional couple to be associated with and the take great pride and the service they provide. I will be utilizing there company for any future flooring project and recommend them to my friends. They have earned my highest praise for their quality of work and costumer service service. They took the time to do it right. Very impressed with the quality of the workmanship.

The crew came in after water damage to my kitchen and replaced the subfloor, insulation, drywall, laminate flooring cabinets and countertops. They also took care of the plumbing to hook the sink back up correctly after the water leak. They were there when they said they were going to be very efficient with their time, very friendly and explained everything they were doing. they also kept a very clean workplace while they were doing the replacement work. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again.

Victoria was very professional. She gave me a quote that I was happy to see. Then she informed me that If there was not a stable sub floor it would be X amount more. Unfortunately it was. Then in the process of doing the job they found a couple of things more. More money, more time, but instead of glossing over them, they told me and they fixed them. I’m very happy with the work and their professionalism.

Their work was meticulous. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was perfect. They even leveled out an area which had been giving us trouble. They were courteous and upbeat. If you get a chance to taste some of Mrs Dominguez 's cooking go for it, yum!

They delivered a quality Renovation of a shower stall. The work was done a little more quickly than promised. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

I give customer service a low rating as this is a team, husband and wife, and the wife, Victoria, I assume was the customer service part. She did not have any knowledge as far as measuring, material needed, and charging customer. If you hire this team it would be in your best interest to record everything said by Victoria as she does not stick with things she states during the appraisal and the appraisal was not written in an itemized manner. The husband part of the team did a really good job replacing a small area of flooring in the kitchen. I believe I was overcharged and this would fall under Customer Service, Victoria. I will be absolutely transparent, I would never use this company again and it is all because of the Customer Service.

I have seen a lot of contract workers in my time, but this family owned business did a phenomenal job with my shower floor repair. They arrived on time exactly when they said that they would, respected my property by cleaning up every bit of dust and mess that they made without being asked to. They laid out drop cloths over every area they walked on, and draped plastic in my bathroom to keep it clean. Victoria kept me up to date on everything that they were doing and why, and gave balanced and reasonably priced options for the repair work that needed to be done. The original install of this shower during construction was done poorly, and Dominguez Flooring left my shower in MUCH better condition than they found it. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a tile-work professional.

Victoria and Manuel were very professional, competent, detail oriented, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job of replacing the luxury vinyl laminate in our kitchen and breakfast area at a very reasonable price. This work was done during the COVID-19 pandemic and they work masks the entire time they were working in our home without being asked to do so. We are extremely happy with their service and the quality of their work and would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again!

The people at Dominguez Tile are what other contractors should strive to be. They were punctual, polite, accommodating and the work exceeded expectations. My wife and I peeked in as the project progressed, but we were absolutely amazed at the finished product. All tile projects in our future will be done by Dominguez Tile.

We got a walk-in tub and needed to retile the wall around it. Another company we called wouldn't touch the job because there was and existing soap shelf which was tricky to cover up. Manuel and Victoria not only solved that problem but suggested a tile that turned out much better than the one I had in mind. The work was beautiful. Victoria and Manuel were super professional throughout. They wore masks the whole time and exchanged material they had already bought because they didn't think it looked quite right. We are very happy with their work and recommend them 100%!

Manuel & Victoria did a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms for us, and did all of the work (including tile, sheet rocking, painting) except for some plumbing. They were very attentive to details and upon completion we could not find even 1 tiny thing that was incomplete or overlooked. They did so many "extra" things that we had not considered that produced the perfectly finished projects! Dominguez is First-Class in the "integrity department", not to mention a great value in the cost department!

Very professional and personable. Easy to work with. Extremely competent and fair pricing. Worked with us and our budget. Even though they had to deal with the bad, rainy weather they worked as they could until the job was complete keeping in contact with us the whole time. Will definitely recommend them to others.
