"I have to give a HUGE shout out to Mahan Septic Systems and Dirt Work from Hot Springs, AR. We had a stopped up toilet and needed some assistance. We found them on Angi and they contacted us immediately. We made arrangements and they came the next day and found the issue and solved it. They even came back the following day and fixed the toilet lid (which wasn't even on the fix list!). I would highly recommend giving them a call the next time you need any septic and plumbing work. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
