    I'm pleased with their service but I wish it didn't cost that much. I don't have any problem with their customer service. I've been using them for quite some time. I think I'm paying too much. All the service people who have been here have been very professional, courteous and friendly.

    I paid my monthly bill on 2/19. On 2/19 and for the two days since, I have been constantly receiving the threatening on-screen message stating that if my bill isn't paid within 48 hours my service will be suspended. As I've already stated, I paid my bill on the due date, so there shouldn't have been an on-screen message at all. It started the morning it was due. I don't appreciate the harassment I receive from Dish Network. They can't wait 12 hours for their money but they can make you wait a week when you call in for repairs?! When I call in to customer service about the on-screen message, I'm told to acknowledge it by pressing "Ok" twice. I have pressed "Ok" probably a half dozen in the last two days and it's useless just like their customer service reps

    It didn't go! Turned out the computer specialist could not come out on weekdays- only Saturdays when I'm not generally here. That was NOT specified on the 'deal'. We did find a date earlier in year, but it was snowed out. Subsequent calls to him were not returned. I'm out the $49 'deal' price. Beware
