"Contacted one day, began work the next day, and completed the next.
Laid down inhibitor fabric, covered with sp2 gravel, paved area, rounded corners and tapered a transition to the street.
I was impressed with how quickly the work was organized and the necessary materials delivered. The crew was knowledgable and professional. Work area was cleaned well and left as neatly as possible. I am well pleased and will continue our relationship to include sealing the surface on a 2 year cycle.

"Hired to complete leaf removal and clean gutters. Quote was completed within a few hours of my request and my service was scheduled for a short few days later. Job was done efficiently and completed quicker than expected. I appreciated the extra service of removing leaves off of roof and carport that was not initially discussed in quote. Pricing was extremely reasonable and best quote received compared to other lawn care services in LR area. I will be using their services again!"

"Dimas and his crew did a beautiful job. They made sure to understand what we wanted, and checked with us often for input. Dimas was quick to review the project and provide a quote. We added a bit to the project, and Dimas and his crew helped to prepare the extra area without a problem. Dimas speaks very little English, but he was quick to involve his crew to help translate, as well as Google Translate. It was not a problem for us."

Paving Services questions, answered by experts

Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time. Your professional may lengthen your road to create switchbacks if the slope directly to your home is too steep, as there are regulations for maximum road slope. The drainage system will help prevent runoff from the higher side of the slope from damaging the asphalt or concrete. Keep in mind that building a road on a slope isn’t a good DIY project, as a lot can go wrong.

You’ll first need to install a base underneath your pavers for extra stability and drainage. Otherwise, the pavers can sink into the ground, and you’ll have to reinstall them. Use a base gravel layer of 4 to 6 inches for walkways and 10 to 12 inches for driveways. Compact your gravel layer every 2 to 4 inches so it’s nice and solid. After you install your gravel base, apply a 1-inch layer of sand on top.

Yes, you can put thin pavers over a concrete driveway. However, it's always best to talk to a driveway installer before starting. You'll need to ensure that the concrete below is in good enough shape to hold the pavers and that the driveway will still meet local building codes.

Pavers are a type of permeable hardscape that can be used for driveways, patios, walkways, and other landscaping features. Unlike poured concrete or asphalt, pavers typically have a layer of gravel underneath to prevent water runoff from damaging your property—though you can also lay pavers on grass. Because pavers are installed piece by piece, you can customize a one-of-a-kind hardscape that best suits your aesthetics, boosting your curb appeal along the way.

The stones do not work well on uneven ground. If the stones are not buried into the ground and made level upon installation, they almost certainly will shift or crack on uneven ground. Additionally, rainwater or water from sprinklers can run under the edge of an uneven paver, causing erosion. In a freeze and thaw cycle, trapped water under the paver can cause the problem to worsen by shifting the stepping stones around. Use a bubble level to make sure the ground under each paver is as even as possible, even if the nearby ground is uneven.
