Mr. Lewis is never wrong - he knows everything and any mistake is not his fault. He is obnoxious and arrogant. The insert he installed is too small for home - he told me it would heat house. The liner isn't fitted correctly. Not enough room for details.

He did his inspection and told us the chimney looked good and didn't even need to be cleaned. We do however, have some repairs, on the chimney cap, that will need to be made. He was very polite and not pushy at all.
