"Not even sure where to begin with this nightmare which I will now need to spend more money in legal just to get my money back if I'm lucky. It all started back in 2022 when a respectful salesperson Gary sold me on an underground bunker. Still to this day, he answers the phone for me, and he doesn't even work at Rising S company anymore. To keep a long story shorter, I paid over $100K for my unit after being pushed to make payments to 'keep it on the assembly line'. It has been paid in full since August of 2023 (just about 15 months for anyone counting). I received a response (finally) earlier this year in March that there is new ownership of the company, and the man in charge is Brad Dancer. After trying to contact for quite awhile, I did finally get him on the phone. He apologized and explained to me that he's in over his head. Even though I believe I have been more than patient, I agreed to give him some time to finish and deliver my unit. We agreed that August of this year (2024) I would have it. I checked in by email in June to ask if we were still on track. I received a response that we were indeed on track. Now fast forward to today (10/25/24), I have been completely ghosted by email, phone, and text. No responses at all by ANY form of communication. At this point, I realize I have been robbed of over $100K. And after reading many other consumers reviews on different platforms, it appears I'm not the only one. I will now begin my journey with the Attorney General and Legal process. I'll update my status here so anyone can see what happens. At least people can get answers some way. It is not a good feeling to not be able to get a company to call you, especially after they've taken over $100k. You can't even leave a message on the office line ( which no one has EVER answered by the way). I don't understand how a company like this could still be in business. My recommendation to anyone reading this.....I hope it's not too late for you."

"Worst experience of dealing with a contractor. I started to build a pole barn myself several months back and realized I wasn't good at it and I needed to hire an professional, details of the job were simple fix my errors and install the metal. The so called professional I hired is /was Morgan (Owner) with MLB buildings. Morgan was one of 3 contractors that provided a bid. The projected timeframe that was given was 3 days and the payment structure was broken in to 3 payments. Within the 1st week he had already received 1st and 2nd payments with one wall of metal up and supposedly framing fixed. Going into two weeks he is having issues and just installing metal without the roof trusses being fixed as we discussed. Metal had to be removed, metal not cut correctly all costing me money. I really didn't get upset until he asked if he could leave for a week to go make extra money because he is now in the negative after being on my job 2 weeks. Reluctantly, I felt sorry for the guy , but asked a date of his return. Now that he has been paid almost all the money he has pushed me off another two weeks and now not answering my calls. The metal install was not the best and yet I was still willing to work with the guy. I will post pictures soon of 20 ft walls of metal installed with screws on top and bottom and none in the middle, garage door wood caps just thrown up not secure, gaps at corners, around windows, or anywhere there is a cut has a gap of 1" or bigger, some panels not straight. All the way around not only a bad job, but didn't even complete the bad job. The guys that were working with him would quit due to not getting paid. My question is if he is not paying his guys that worked at my job where did the money go that I paid him? Also, as a side note all materials were purchased by me and he was getting paid thousands of dollars for labor only on a 3 day job that is now a month into it with be being left with a big mess to fix. "Over budget, late, low quality work and contractor team was low quality. When there are problems like we had a water problem that was known of by HD remodeling it was blown off and we had to fix our selfs. Also due to slowness and inability to manage sub contractors we nearly lost bank financing due to lack of completion percentage as apposed to money spent. No supervision of subcontractors allowed weeks and months to go by with no work being completed like purposely dragging feet and adding cost for personal gain. HD was never a advocate for us as his customer. He put the subs first. Would not suggest using HD remodeling for custom home"
