"Dave was so nice and compassionate, helpful, answered all my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty. My job was difficult to say the least installing a ceiling fan on a two story high living room that required Scaffolding 3 levels high and a step ladder on top of that. It was scary and nerve wracking to see him up so high and nervous he would fall and get hurt. It didn’t seem to bother him at all. He was so professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him! Thanks Dave and his friend that came to help both were so sweet!!"

"This relationship started out great, but was soon filled with unfulfilled promises, delays, excuses and poor quality work. I was promised many things throughout the job such as how something would be done or what would actually be done, but as of now, many of those promises are not completed. This group never cleaned up their mess and I had to beg him to come pick up his trash. I signed a contract for him to do a certain job and as of now, that contract has still not been fulfilled. I have tried many times to reach him but have been unsuccessful. I made the mistake of paying him in full before the job was completed and since that last payment, communication has been impossible. I had to keep reminding him of issues that needed to be addressed and had to push him to fix it properly. Corners were cut, like I said earlier, the job is still not completed and he does not respond to any messages. I would strongly encourage you to think twice before working with this contractor."
