"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."

"I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. I'm retired and I don't have a budget. It's still reachable. It's understandable, even though you don't want that."

There are many maintenance and repair issues that lead to a malfunctioning garbage disposal. Regular clogs place wear and tear on the motors, leading to an eventual shutdown. These appliances do unscrew, but you need to disconnect everything properly when you replace your garbage disposal. Disconnect the main drain line and P-trap, and then disconnect the dishwasher drain line if you have one connected. You can then unscrew your garbage disposal using a disposal wrench. Just make sure you disconnect the electrical lines before removing your appliance.

Once you have your garbage disposal disconnected, you can remove the mounting bracket by unscrewing the bolts that are holding the bracket. You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
