"Thank you for your business!"
"Thank you for the wonderful review, we truly appreciate it!"
"We are sorry you were not happy with the service we provided to you. Perhaps I can help clear up some issues. You were not charged the full mileage charge, because yes, we were in the area. Therefore, you were only charged half. The $130 charge is for the split mileage and driving time, a little material that was used, and the labor to diagnose the issue. Our technicians check many things on units before determining they should be replaced, which takes a little time. Regarding the issue with us not quoting a new unit, sometimes our units just don't fit in a trailer / double wide circumstance. This just happened to be one of those times and instead of us selling you something that just isn't going to make you happy or save you money we declined to quote you a new unit. We don't believe in selling something that isn't going to work out to the customers best advantage. Our technician assessed the situation which only takes a minute and he brought the information back to our service manager who decided it wouldn't be a good fit for your home. We are sorry you were disappointed but we truly try to do what is best for the customer."
