Mr. Knight was very professional. Was here when he said he'd be. Clean up after completing the job was execellent, left NO mess. The bill was very reasonable. (eventho he services the Lake Village area) I will call him again for any plumbing problem.

I will never ever use them again. They should quoted me prior to the telephone and it's about two and half more worth than what they had told me on the phone. They have two men weren't hardly or the half and would not go back in the room was cleaning and I didn't like what people are doing when...

He was always on time and thorough. He phoned to keep us posted on jobs he was doing for us. He called after the job to see if we were pleased. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Two plants did not make it and he will replace them for just the cost of the plants (no labor).
