The initial visit to their showroom went very well. They were extremely helpful, provided good advice, and worked to ensure we got the flooring that met our needs. After that initial visit things did not go quite as well. They missed their appointment to come out and measure so they could give us price quote because of weather which was understandable. However, we received no calls to reschedule and had to finally call them ourselves to get them to come back out. We also had to call them to get our quote as they never called to provide us the information. We had the same type of issue when they were to deliver the material to our home. They were suppose to notify us the day prior to bringing the material and instead called us as they were headed to our location. On the day of the actual install, they were on time, were professional and did a very good job installing the flooring. We were very satisfied with the end result. My only real issue was their follow through during the process.

It went very well. We highly recommend River City Flooring. They were punctual, kept us informed on everything they were doing, and did an excellent job. Tony is a great asset to their company. Even got a refund on materials they didn't use. Can't beat that! We will definitely use them again when are ready to replace the flooring in our bedrooms.
