"Process went well. We were trying to close on sale of house and during inspection the roof was determined to have hail damage. Buyer would not close on house until damages were repaired. Closing date was two weeks away at buyers request. I had to get insurance adjuster opinion and find a roofer who would do the work in this two week timeframe. Silas Taylor Roofing agreed to do work at short notice to assist us in closing the purchase. Did an excellent job on roof and repaired skylights. Guttering was also completed within the two week period. Clean-up was satisfactory and all work was approved by buyer. Without the understanding and flexibility of work schedule from Silas Taylor Roofing, it is doubtful we could have completed the sale of our residence.
