She used good materials and done the job right. I have worked in the construction industry for almost 40 years and she is a rare breed these days. She went over and above. She asked me if I would like for them to trim up my trees which they did about 10 of them and was a freebie. I paid someone several hundred dollars the last time I had my trees trimmed up.
