Two of the other companies were cheaper but proposed to use synthetic foam materials, which don't have a long enough track record for my comfort. Once the job started, the crews worked with great diligence, and despite the numerous difficulties they encountered, I never heard a single complaint. Total work time was 14 days over a three-week period that include Independence Day. Total cost was about $40k"

Sawyer and his team dug around my foundation and installed drainage pipes, those lead to collection areas and then to pumps to expel the rain water runoff. Also the entire crawlspace was sealed and a commercial grade dehumidifier installed. Heavy floor barrier as well. He also installed more lighting and moister monitors. That was just our main house. We also have a 2500 foot guest house where the identical service was installed. That was 5 years ago and it all works beautifully- in fact when I show it to neighbors they say “dam I could bring my sleeping bag and camp out down here”. We’ll guess what my daughter got for Christmas- the same service for her home! Sawyer saved my house from more serious damage and improved our health. I think Crawlspace’s should be outlawed unless Ed built with these features. Whatever you spend you will get it back plus when you sell and know you are living well in the meantime- don’t waste time with rookies and fast Eddie - do it right and sleep better!"
