"Did a horrible job. David uses low quality wood, screws are missing and unevenly placed, boards are warping badly after 2 months, uses wrong gate hinges and stained wood way too early (1 coat) causing fading and sticky sap. I HIGHLY don?t recommend this dude!!!!"

We have been a trusted member of this community for over 30 years. Located in Madison AL we are family owned business. The owner comes out and is hands on. We are a licensed and insured general contractor. We specialize in roofing, siding, remodels, decks & patios, painting and so much more. We are an insurance claims specialist. We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association.

"I had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,"

From the initial design phase through demolition, rebuild and final touchups, we were always very impressed with the excellent work, courteous interactions, cleanliness of the project, timeliness, and consideration of our special needs and schedules. They continually went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied and they always exceeded our expectations. There were some problems with the stone used in one of the bathroom shower shelves (not their fault) and when I mentioned it casually during the kitchen remodel three years later they completely replaced that at no charge! I would recommend them highly for any new build or remodel!"
