"I had an emergency situation with both main bath and master bath drains clogged, and the kitchen sink drain was slow to drain as well. I tried everything I knew to unclog the drains myself, (as I am prone to do). After blasting the drains from both ends with the hose under high pressure, I failed to remove the clogs. Lake Plumbing arrived promptly and unclogged both bathroom drains and the kitchen sink drain and I was more than pleased with the reasonable cost. I have scheduled further work with Lake Plumbing to replace some old faucets, and correct excessive dripping around other plumbing fixtures. I found Mr. De Jong and his wife to be very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. I won't hesitate to call on them again in the future. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
