"Mr. [Member Name Removed], It is very disappointing that you have chosen to inaccurately describe your experience with us by trying to damage our business as well as Angie’s List’s credibility, with a review like this. We did not charge you an emergency fee. We spoke with you on Saturday and gave you the rates for emergency services and you chose to wait until Monday to have the work done. We came out Monday, we charged you the price you agreed to over the phone, you paid it in full, and then a full 24 hours later, you called to complain with the cost. I asked you what we could do to resolve your grievance, you told me a $100 gift certificate would suffice. I agreed to the certificate and the day I was mailing it to you, you then called back and began complaining again. You said you wanted a refund this time and acted as though you never asked for a gift certificate. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with anymore services. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and as you can see from all our 5 star reviews, plenty of other customers would say the same thing. Sometimes you can’t please everyone, even tho we tried our best to resolve your complaint."
