They took pictures of the issues before the work and then after to ensure that I was happy with what was done (which certainly saved me from having to climb high ladder to check). During the repair, they discovered a location where squirrels had been entering my attic that I had been unable to locate. They patched the area and we've been squirrel-free ever since!
