"We just had our carpet cleaned by Heaven’s Best and are beyond satisfied with the whole experience. The technicians were extremely friendly and were fantastic at explaining everything they were doing, and taking note at my concerns of existing stains. They were also very sweet to my son and wished him a happy birthday (he just turned 2) and were playing along when he showed them his toys. They were ahead of schedule so they called and confirmed that it was okay that they arrived early. They got the job done fast and the results are amazing. I am so impressed with my carpets and amazed at the appearance of them. They look better than I’ve ever seen them. Like brand new! My whole house smells fantastic, as well. "Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. "I initially was getting a quote regarding some duct work and possible cleaning.  This was the 4th company I contacted to get some advice and evaluate our duct work and HVAC system. I have been very frustrated with the different HVAC companies that had already tried to sell me everything under the sun.  I had gotten recommendations to replace my HVAC unit and others would say its fine.  I had some say that I needed all new duct work and others say its fine. I had some say that cleaning the ducts was a great idea and others say that its a horrible idea.  Each company has different scare tactics or shady pricing.  I couldn't find a straight answer.  I called Aire Serv because they were highly rated on Angies list (as were the other companies).  Matthew Colvin came the same day I called to give me a quote regarding the duct work and was very open and honest and straightforward regarding his opinion on what work was necessary.  He also helped to give perspective on why I was getting such widely variable advice and pricing. The pricing for Air Serv was straightforward and overall I had a great experience. Aire Serv seems to have a more open and honest way of pricing things as opposed to the other companies.  (Many of the other companies leave the house and call someone at the office and it feels like they are trying to gauge how much they can gouge out of you, and they all seem to be working for a commission scaring/selling you as much as they can)  This was not true with Air Serv and hope it stays that way.

"James was great. Gave me a twenty minute heads up that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He handed me a business card and got to work, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. Took pictures of the interior of my dryer vent before and after cleaning and showed me his work. Cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. Very polite. Quick work, but not sloppy at all. "LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"I was very pleased with Greg from his very fair estimate to the completion of the job. When the initial color of gutters I chose was discontinued, Greg went out of his way to find a substitute from another company which turned out to be a better match than the first color. He did not just order the gutters, he came back with a color sample to be sure I was happy. His workers handled the taking down of old gutters, installing new gutters and downspouts with guards, and cleaning up after the job very professionally.
