Everything went fine.  Crew arrived on time; were polite; and, went right to work.  They protected door jams and legs of furniture where needed.  My carpet looks very nice!!

They where very punctual, and did a reasonable job. They moved no heavy furniture pieces, which I expected, but they also did not move light items such as the coffee table and dinning room chairs, which I did expect. When they left the carpet was very wet, but again reasonably clean.

It is good for cheap furniture if you have plenty of time to wait and don't mind if the order comes in multiple shipments.  I would not use them if time or efficiency were important to me.
