UPDATE: the new roofing company we hired took pictures of Brian's work and said his work was extremely shoddy. They had to rip out the shoddy repairs done by him and then do the job right. The roofer questioned whether or not Brian was even a roofer or a handyman the work was so terrible. Brian created a worse leak by patching 2 layers of shingles instead of patching the actual leak.

DO NOT use this company.
Brian Baier did not give us a contract. He "repaired" a section on our roof. During a rainstorm it still leaked. He would not return any phone calls or text messages. We tried to contact him for 6 weeks. His voicemail was always full on both his business and personal cell phones. He managed to call back twice during this period: the first time he said he would stop by but never showed up. He denied that he received any of our messages.
After the 6 weeks, we filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Pensacola. They were not able to reach him after the 1st notification (10 days). They made contact with the 2nd notification and then he called us. We told him we would like a refund or we would take him to court since we had lost all confidence in him and his product. He told us the only option was that he was going to hang up on us, then he proceeded to hang up.
This business is a ripoff: he is unprofessional, rude and a con artist. Once we read all the complaints listed on the BBB website, the complaints all have the same theme. He claims to fix your roof, it isn't fixed, he keeps your money and then evades you by not answering any phone calls. Please educate yourself and read all the reviews online on the BBB Pensacola website, yellow pages online, Ripoff Report, Yelp and business Merchant. We want to inform all consumers so they do not get ripped off like we did. 

January 2013 the flat part of roof started leaking.  They have been out 2 times to try to fix the leak.  Every time it rains I still have leaking problems.  The ceiling in my den is slowly disentigrating and I have furniture moved to keep water from destroying.
I have called 4 times and have received no response.  When I did hear from Brian (at Esscambia Roofing) he would make
appointments and not keep them.
I would like Escambia Roofing to pay another roofing company to come and fix the leak.

The crew used my ladder and put it on my roof to work off of, they started the job and then stopped to do another job, then left my house partially unroofed to do another job, Then before they would come back to finish the job, the owners son said that if I didn't pay half of the agreed amount that he was not going to send his crew out to finish. I paid but, dealing with him was a nightmare, he cursed me out and was very unprofessional. I have had leaks around my chimney and over my master bedroom closet ever since. and they will not honor the warranty, and return to fix the leaks.. I called several times to talk to the father but he will not take my calls.

During the week prior to the scheduled work, they delivered & pre-positioned all the necessary material & a dumpster. Court and crew showed up at barely the crack of dawn and immediately got to work. There were enough in the crew, and they kept hard at it all day, so they finished well before sunset, including a complete cleanup and removal of all debris and leftovers. The crew was extremely affable, professional, very hard-working, and willing to do more than just "the job". The crew even went so far, as to do extra work around our roof-mounted satellite antenna to avoid having to have it remounted and re-aimed, and they accommodated my request to use screws instead of nails to anchor the new ridge vent. As a separate favor, Court accompanied me to my in-laws to inspect the roofing, they just had supposedly completed, and he pointed out numerous deficiencies that they were able to insist their roofers correct, saving them later problems from having hired an out-of-town roofer.
