He then stopped showing up only to tell me that he could not meet my timelines. I fired him and he promised to repay me what he took as a downpayment. He took the down payment from me in July. It is now Late November and I still have not received all of my money back. I have been lenient with him but he has stopped communicating with me at this point. I would steer clear from hiring him. We even had to redo the work that he completed in his two hours of work because it was not correct. Run fast! I am pretty sure Billy will once he gets your money!"
