"We called a lot of contractors for this job and many never returned our calls. Those who did were difficult to get a hold of thereafter. The first thing that impressed us about Building Unlimited was their punctuality. They called us back immediately and always answered their phones. Once, Donny went back to the office after he had already left for the day to re-run some numbers for the project for us. Their availability and willingness to meet our needs were the greatest determining factors in our decision to hire them for the project.

Their estimate was the highest we received for the project, but it was completely worth it. We realized later that many other contractors had not planned to do things as thoroughly and would have used shortcuts in order to charge a lower price. If we had to do it over again, we wouldn't change a thing---except perhaps not waste time calling other contractors in the first place!

Many jobs, such as inspections and structural calculations, are billed at a flat rate, which often falls between $300 and $800. The final cost depends on several factors, including the project's type, scope, size, complexity, ease of access for inspection, and your geographic location.

Accurate measurements, sturdy materials, and seamless integration with other structures.

A freestanding brick wall that's only one brick thick can usually stand six to eight feet high. If you need a higher wall, it should be at least two bricks thick for adequate stability, and it might require a footing to support the added weight. Additionally, some areas have regulations and codes dictating how high a brick wall can be, so check with local code enforcers to ensure your proposed wall complies with any regulations.

The essential difference between an architect and an engineer is that architects typically focus more on the aesthetic design of buildings, although not without consideration for the structural integrity of the building. Engineers focus more on the structural, technical, and practical aspects of whether and how an architectural design can be built as drawn. You may need to hire both types of professionals if you’re designing and building a new home.

The costs depend on the type of wood, labor, roofing material, permits, and whether additional storage or enclosed walls are included.
