""I am beyond impressed with the service I received! From start to finish, the attention to detail was incredible—they didn't miss a single thing. Not only was the craftsmanship top-tier, our cabinets look brand new, absolutely beautiful. The customer service was also some of the best I’ve experienced; they were professional, responsive, and truly cared about the result. To top it off, the project was finished in 5 days. I can’t recommend them highly enough if you want the job done right and on time!""

"Mr. Tatum is a professional. He done a superb job putting up my lights. I watched him work and was very impressed that he made sure the job was done right, I have so many more projects to be done (bathroom, sunroom and kitchen need to be remolded) an I am going to wait as long as it take for him to do them all. I highly recommend him for any job he says he can do. His prices are very reasonable, he was on time and most of all he is an honest person."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Mad City did a great job! We are very happy with our new kitchen countertop, bathtub and living room picture window."
