I actually saved money by invoking Ninja Clean because I thought my house needed painting, but after the wash, I realized it didn't need painting after all, except for some soffit areas water had caused minor wood deterioration. They did all I expected plus more. They seemed to really care about my house, which was refreshing these days, it seems.
