Farris Hardwood Floors

Mr. Farris is very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. He did everything he said he would do. He worked his schedule around ours. He refinished our hardwood flooring by sanding it down to the bare wood, stained and varnished it. We had a mishap before the floor dried and Mr. Farris came out the next day and repaired it and no charge. It was our mistake, not his. He is very courteous and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We hired Rico Farris's company and were very pleased! They were very professional. Rico and his crew showed up on the agreed upon date unlike some other crews I had in for a complete renovation of the lake house we bought. He refinished the entire house of 3/4 inch hickory floors and they came out GREAT (almost 2000 sq ft)! He ripped up the tile in one part of the living room where a sun-room and huge fireplace was removed. He even found a replacement crew to remove the fireplace for us because they other one was a no show to keep our schedule on track. After the renovation was complete where we had new tile installed in the bathrooms. This crew recommended we call the original wood refinisher to put in the thresholds to match perfectly. Needless to say I called Rico and he came out to complete the project at no additional charge almost 3 months later! You can't ask for better service! We can't recommend this company enough! Call Rico and you won't regret it either!

My wife and I are vary pleased with the work that done. The work was done in the most professional manner and was done on the time that was agreed to. Mr Farris him self was the one that did the work a very respectable and professional man. We had some wood that needed to be replaced and the work was done by his brother and was done with in a couple of hours and it looks very good. My wife and I would recommend this company to whom every needs there floors refinished.
