"Actual Work Done: 1. Installed French drains to deal will water issues in our yard and to channel water away from our house. Cody explained the process and and why he would do the job the way he explained. He and his crew did a top notch job. They took care to hand dig the trenches without destroying the yard. They smoothed everything out and replaced the grass in areas where possible. They filled in dirt in low areas to help prevent the water from pooling. 2. They took down and rebuilt a retaining wall near the foundation that had been pushed in due to water issues. They built the wall back better than the one that was damaged. All the work on both projects was completed in the time Cody quoted us and all the work was top notch. We would highly recommend Ace Foundation Specialists and Cody and his crew. We will use them again for other projects if the need arises."

My 16 years old natural gas water heater, located in my attic, had to be replaced asap. I did not want the new gas water heater installed in the attic for peace of mind, so I contacted several companies about installing it on floor level in my garage storage room. Burt Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning came to the rescue with a very reasonable price and assurance that my new water heater can be placed in the garage storage room. Mr. Burt did an EXCELLENT job with rerouting the gas line, the water line, drainpipe, and other things from the attic to the storage room.
