Every aspect of dealing with AFS was professional from initial contact to inspection, completion of job and follow up. The team I worked with were David, Hank and Robert who did the pilings to stabilize. Julian and Erik did the actual leveling and finishing. I am confident the patio pad will outlast me. I am so glad I found them as the others I spoke to gave me some off the wall options for repairing then concrete that never addressed the subsidence issue at all. "Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"The crew showed up the day that was agreed upon, at 6AM to start the job. They wanted to get an early start before it got too hot. This was fine with me. They did a very good job of installing my 20X25 foot concrete pad. They were finished by 1:30 PM. They were all very friendly, and worked very hard to complete the job. I would definitely have them do concrete work for me again. One not too good part was they tried to make a small apron to drive on the pad, but it was a little thin and broke when I drove on the pad. Not a big deal. I am going to add a new driveway in the future."
