I do charge for an estimate which the charge is taken off the bill if accepted and the repair is over $200.00. The estimate charge is; $35.00. I also offer job site supervision for an hourly agreed rate or consulting on a project . I am confident that even if you do not hire me to perform the work. My advice and experience are a very fair value. I have photo's of work performed and will be adding reviews of customers as I go along.
