I have been a Realtor for 20 years and am a native of Pensacola, Florida. Our quaint waterfront town attracts military families, vacationers, 2nd home buyers and local residents that are enjoying our growth in new business ventures, an upbeat downtown with great restaurants, music clubs, art and cultural events, festivals throughout the year and last but not least, our sugar white beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. I enjoy the real estate business very much and pride myself on the relationships I continue to develop by providing excellent service and professionalism to all my clients. I can't say enough great things about Cari Wilson. I found Cari through Angie's List while looking for a realtor to give me a second estimate on the value of a house that I was considering selling. Since I live 500 miles from the property, Cari contacted my property manager to set up a time to visit the rented house. She gave an estimate very close to what my property manager had given. Although my property management company also had realtors, I chose Cari due to her great reviews on Angie's List, and I'm glad I did. From day one, Cari has been helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, and overall outstanding in answering my questions, setting up contractors for repairs, and following through with the entire sell of my house.
She went above and beyond by setting up multiple contractors (for painting and wallpaper removal, pressure washing, window repairs, and general repairs) in my absence. Not just any contractors, but ones that she has personally used on her own property. She kept them to a timeline, and ensured that the quality of work met her high standards.
Cari was always available and easy to contact via email, text, and phone. She regularly kept me up to date on each process; from getting my house repairs taken care of, to getting it listed, to the multiple showings, to the selling contract process, and to the closing process.
So, if you are considering hiring a realtor, I highly recommend Cari. She has been exceptional to work with, from day one through to today, when we closed on the property.
