In my case, it was all. The local help was very unreliable, not showing for appointments or unable to commit and those who were dependable, lacked construction expertise. Hopson and team did exactly what they said they would do and when. On a scale of 1-10 with â 10â being the highest, Hopson and Team performed the work to the highest quality level and dependability level of a â 12â .
