"I'm a repeat customer. Meeks has been performing this service over the past 20 plus years. Called to schedule a normal 5 year service. They arrived on time and completed the work. I had concern the lid might be damaged since the ground has settled significantly in the last few months. They checked all the lid sections were intact and confirmed there was no damage.

"we bought the toilet tune up deal. had to call twice to get an appt lined up but they took care of business. however, the worker smelled like an ashtray and the wife febreezed the bathroom post work bc it smelled like cigs. i received an email about the purchase from the company but had to call them directly to get the appt lined up as they did not respond to the email request. overall would deal with them again.
