208 I called Ron to help me with a leaking water heater. Unfortunately he is not licensed to practice in Shelby County and that is where I live. However..he told me how much a new water heater should cost, labor and all and what kind to ask for. I sure wish he could have come here.
Overall we went for a couple of weeks in extreme heat without a working heat pump while waiting for this company to finally figure out what what wrong with our unit. Here's a tip...they sent out their best guy to work on it ultimately...his name is John Barkley. We did have to wait a few...
